These terms apply to the ready-made website designs sold from the HBMB Store at ₦85,000. Custom builds and the higher tiers are quoted separately and run on their own written agreement.

added at cost. You renew it yourself after year one.One of the ready-made website designs shown in the Store, set up for your business. That means:
Anything on that list can be quoted for separately. Ask before you pay, not after.
We cannot begin until you send us your business name, your logo, your text, and any photographs you want used. The 3–5 working day clock starts when the last of that arrives, not when you pay.
If we have heard nothing 14 days after payment, we will contact you and the project pauses. If we have heard nothing 60 days after payment, the order is closed and the fee is not refundable — by then your domain has been bought and the slot has been held. You can restart later, but the domain year will already have been used.
Two rounds are included, to be requested within 14 days of us showing you the finished site. A round means one consolidated list of changes, not changes sent one at a time over several days.
Revisions cover your content, your images, your colours and your wording. They do not cover changing to a different design, or rebuilding the layout — that is a new order.
Further rounds after the two, or changes requested after the 14 days, are charged at ₦15,000 per round.
Ready-made designs are paid in full at checkout, through Paystack. This is a fixed-price product delivered within days, and your domain is bought immediately on our side.
Custom builds and the higher tiers work differently — those run on 50% to begin and 50% on delivery, agreed in writing before any work starts.
A .com.ng domain is included free for your first year. That is
the standard Nigerian business address and it is what the price covers.
If you would prefer a .com, or another extension, you can have it — you pay
the registrar’s price for it, at cost, with no mark-up from us. We will tell you the exact
figure before anything is bought. A .com is typically
₦15,000–₦20,000 for the year.
The domain is registered in your name and belongs to you. After the first year, you renew it directly and pay the renewal. If you do not renew it, it expires and your site stops being reachable at that address — we will remind you before that happens, but the renewal is yours to make.
Hosting is included for the first year. After that it is ₦25,000 per year, or you can move the site to your own hosting at no charge — we will hand over the files.
Plainly, so that neither of us has to argue about it later:

If we fail to deliver at all — not late, but not delivered — you get everything back. Refunds are paid to the account used at checkout within 7 working days.
The finished site is yours once payment has cleared. Your content, your logo and your photographs were always yours, and remain so.
The underlying design template stays ours, and we sell it to other businesses too — that is what makes it ₦85,000 rather than a custom build. You are not buying exclusivity. If you want a design nobody else can have, that is a custom build.
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show your finished site in our portfolio and credit HBMB in the site footer.
We will build what is described here, to a working standard, on time, and fix anything that is broken because of us.
We are not responsible for your business results. A website does not guarantee customers, enquiries, ranking or sales, and nobody honest will tell you otherwise. We are also not responsible for outages at your domain registrar, your hosting provider, or any third-party service the site depends on.
Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be handled in Lagos State. We would much rather sort a problem out on a phone call, and in practice we always have.
